By accessing and using AI Compliance Advisor services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services.

AI Compliance Advisor provides:

• AI compliance risk assessments and classifications
• Compliance roadmaps and action plans
• Documentation templates and checklists
• Regulatory guidance and best practices
• PDF reports and compliance evidence

Our services are designed to assist with compliance planning and should not be considered as legal advice or a substitute for professional legal consultation.

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the services only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Payment is required for premium services and detailed compliance reports. All fees are charged in EUR. Your first €9 premium report is covered by the 30-day clarity guarantee shown on the pricing page: if it does not clarify your next compliance steps, reply to the payment receipt within 30 days and request a refund.

For the €249 fixed-scope AI Act review, payment follows submission of the intake and precedes our fit review. If we determine that the package is not suitable before work begins, we will issue a full refund. Unless applicable law requires otherwise or the written scope says differently, expert-service fees are non-refundable after work begins. We may change future pricing, but changes do not alter a purchase already completed.

Our services, content, and materials are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and assessment responses.

You may use our reports and templates for internal compliance purposes, but may not redistribute, sell, or modify them for commercial purposes without permission.

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our assessments will ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.

Users are responsible for verifying compliance requirements and implementing appropriate measures. Our services are not a substitute for legal, compliance, or professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Compliance Advisor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from the use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of applicable laws
